Tap any table on the floor map to see its status, active order, and timing. Tap "New order" to start taking the order for that table.

Search or browse the menu by category. Tap any item to open its modifier sheet — preferences, sides, allergy flags, kitchen note. No typing required.

Review and confirm

A grouped summary shows every item by section with routing labels before the server sends anything. One last check before it fires.

Tickets print automatically

The hot line gets entrées and appetizers. Cold/expo gets salads and desserts. The bar gets all drinks. All stations receive their ticket simultaneously, formatted exactly right.

Common questions

Does MisePasse replace my existing POS?
No — MisePasse is designed to work alongside your existing POS, not replace it. It handles the front-of-house order-taking and kitchen routing. Think of it as the tool that makes your servers faster and your kitchen cleaner, without requiring you to rip out what you already have.
What printers does it work with?
MisePasse works with any ESC/POS compatible thermal receipt printer over your local WiFi network. This includes the most popular kitchen printer brands: Epson TM series, Star TSP series, and Bixolon SRP series. If it's on your network and speaks ESC/POS, it works.
What happens if the internet goes down during service?
MisePasse keeps working. It operates from a local cache on each device and queues all changes automatically. When the connection is restored, everything syncs. Your service never stops because of an internet blip.
How long does it take to set up?
Most restaurants are fully operational within one shift. Importing your existing menu from a CSV takes minutes. Connecting your printers takes about 5 minutes. Training a new server on the app typically takes under 30 minutes — the interface is built to be used one-handed while standing at a table.
Can servers use their own phones?
Yes. MisePasse runs in any modern mobile browser — no app download required. Servers open the URL on their own iOS or Android phone and they're ready to go. The interface is optimised for both phone and tablet.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days and you can export your menu as a CSV at any time before cancellation. We don't hold your data hostage.
